Special Instructions:
- It is expressly made clear to you hereby that Topclasscabs does not own any taxis nor does it directly or indirectly employ any drivers for the taxis. Taxis and drivers are all supplied by Third Party Service Providers and Topclasscabs disclaims any and all liability in respect of the drivers and the taxis alike.
- The quality of the transportation services requested through the use of the Service is entirely the responsibility of the Third Party Service Providers who ultimately provide such transportation services to you. Topclasscabs promises its best endeavour to provide sufficient training, quality control procedures and processes to ensure best services by Third Party Service Providers. However, under no circumstance accepts liability in connection with and/or arising from the transportation services provided by the Third Party service providers or any acts, action, behaviour, conduct, and/or negligence on the part of the Third Party service providers.
- Topclass Cabs will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Service offered by Topclass Cabs, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
- If any passenger misses their train or flight or bus, Topclass Cabs will not be liable for any compensation. The customer shall make an alternate arrangement if the cab has not reached due to any reason.
- The Customer shall indemnify Topclass cabs from and against and in respect of any or all liabilities, losses, charges and expenses (including legal fees and costs on a full indemnity basis) claims, demands, actions and proceedings which Topclass Cabs may incur or sustain directly or indirectly from or by any reason of or in relation to the use or proposed use of the Services by the Customer and shall pay such sums on demand on Topclass Cabs.
- Topclass Cabs shall be entitled at any time without giving any reason to terminate the booking of cabs done by the Customer.
- Topclass Cabs does not assure a complete sustainability of its Service and shall not be held responsible or liable for the same, in any manner.
- Topclass Cabs shall endeavour to respond to your issues within a reasonable time of your reporting the same and endeavour to resolve it at the earliest possible. It is hereby clarified that issues are resolved on severity basis, and certain may be resolved earlier than the other. However, Topclass Cabs shall not be liable for any damages or losses in the event that you are not satisfied with any such resolution.
- IN ADDITION, AND WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TOPCLASS CAB’s AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE USER TERMS OR THE SERVICES RENDERED HEREUNDER, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR OTHER THEORY), WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF Rs. 400/- (Rupees Four Hundred only).

We respect your privacy and recognise the need to protect the personally identifiable information (any information by which you can be identified, such as name, address, and telephone number) you share with us. We would like to assure you that we follow appropriate standards when it comes to protecting your privacy on our web sites. There are times when we may collect personal information from you such as name, physical address or telephone number. We have implemented technology and security features and strict policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of your personally identifiable information from unauthorized access and improper use or disclosure. Topclasscabs will continue to enhance our security procedures as new technology becomes available. If our privacy policy changes in the future, it will be posted here and a new effective date will be shown.
